The Johns Hopkins and City College partnership has piloted a mentorship program focused on supporting young African American boys in the IB program. By pairing students with mentors, the program provides academic support, guidance, and encouragement, fostering both personal and academic growth. This dynamic, reciprocal relationship benefits both students and mentors—students receive valuable guidance for future success, while mentors gain fulfillment and growth.
