Middle and high school students: the application window is now open for the 2026-27 Student Commissioner of Baltimore City Public Schools and positions within the Associated Student Congress of Baltimore City (ASCBC). Middle and high school students are invited to apply now until 5 p.m. on March 26, 2026, for the following open positions:
Student Commissioner
ASCBC President
ASCBC Vice President
ASCBC Middle School Executive
ASCBC Treasurer
ASCBC Secretary
ASCBC Diversity Committee Chair
The ASCBC is Baltimore’s elected student government, which represents YOU, and the Student Commissioner is the student representative for the School Board. Each member of the ASCBC and the Student Commissioner has a say in City Schools policy (rules for all schools), the City Schools budget, and more.
