Beechfield Families — Back to School Night is TONIGHT!!
Join us TONIGHT, September 17 from 5:30–7:00 PM for an important evening of connection, information, and partnership. We want every family represented!
Because our students have different schedules, we have created three Back to School Night schedules: PK–2, Grades 3–6, and Grades 7–8. Please review the schedule for your child’s grade level before arriving.
PK–2: Families will begin in their child’s homeroom and have time to meet classroom teachers as well as our Enrichment, Wellness, ELD, IEP, and Student Support teams.
Grades 3–6: Families will begin in homeroom and then rotate to the second departmentalized content classroom before visiting our support teams.
Grades 7–8: Families will follow their child’s schedule and rotate through 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th period classes before connecting with our support teams.
And we have something NEW this year! Come out and support your child.

Thankfully, the student is doing well and is now in the care of their family after receiving medical attention.
Some students witnessed the medical emergency and emergency response. Our staff is available to support and reassure any students who may have questions or concerns about what they observed.
Out of respect for the student and family’s privacy, we will not share additional details regarding the medical emergency.
We are thankful our scholar is okay and grateful for the quick response of our staff and emergency medical personnel.

Join us Tuesday, September 15th from 1:30–3:00 PM in the Orioles Cafeteria for fresh food and healthy options for your family.
Everyone is welcome! Please remember to bring your own bags. We are proud to continue supporting our families and community. Stronger families help build brighter futures!
Every Student Matters and Every Day Counts!

Let's celebrate our Community Schools Coordinator Ms. Vicky Hughes! We appreciate her and all that she does for our school community. We will celebrate her all week!
Come out to the Food Pantry Tomorrow to meet Ms. Vicky as well at 3pm!!

On Friday, 2nd Grade reached 93%, 7th Grade reached 91%, and 8th Grade led the way with 94%! Our school-wide attendance was 86.79%, so we have some work to do this week. Let’s make September 14–18 a 90% AND ABOVE week across Beechfield! Every day matters—please make sure your scholar is at school, on time, and ready to learn.
We are also celebrating the GRAND OPENING of the Beechfield Bodega! Students were nominated by their teachers for being professional, actively engaged, respectful, demonstrating positive behavior, working hard, and making great choices. They had an opportunity to shop for treats and prizes, and we are so proud of them!
The Bodega opens again in TWO WEEKS, so scholars—keep working toward your opportunity to shop! Listen in class, participate, be a good friend, help others, make positive choices, and have GREAT ATTENDANCE!
Every Student Matters. Every Day Counts!

As we welcome back football and celebrate our hometown teams, students and staff may come out of uniform tomorrow, Friday, September 11th, and represent the Baltimore Ravens or Baltimore Orioles!
Wear your favorite Ravens or Orioles jersey, shirt, or gear. No team gear? Wear purple or orange! If your scholar does not have team gear, purple, or orange, they should wear their regular Beechfield uniform.
Let’s fill the school with Baltimore pride and have some fun as a Beechfield community!
