Dear Western Families,

It is now time to complete the Spring Family Survey, and the timing is perfect as we head into Spring Break.

To encourage participation, we will be raffling off a $100 Visa gift card. With students' home for Spring Break, we’re sure some extra snacks will come in handy!

Please complete the Spring Family Survey using the link below:
https://bit.ly/CitySchoolsFamilySurvey

After completing the survey, please take a screenshot of the confirmation page and email it along with:

Your name
Your student’s first and last name
Your phone number

Send your screenshot and information to WHSfamilysurvey@gmail.com (please note: “WHSfamilysurvey” is all one word).

Please note that the survey is completely anonymous. We will not see your individual responses. The screenshot is only needed to confirm completion and enter you into the raffle.

The raffle will take place on Friday at 9:00 AM, and the winner will be contacted at 10:00 AM. The gift card may be picked up by your student, or a parent/guardian can pick it up before dismissal at 11:50 AM.

Thank you for your time and for supporting Western High School. Your feedback is very important to us.

Sincerely,
Western High School
