Black History Month is a time to honor the significant contributions of African Americans who have shaped our history. We are proud that many of our schools are named for trailblazers whose achievements in education, civil rights, the arts, and other fields continue to inspire future generations. Each school stands as a testament to the work, sacrifice, and resilience of these remarkable visionaries. Celebrating Chinese New Year

Today, our Prek class had a special guest, Ms. Trang, visit our class to teach us about Chinese New Year! She read the story The Great Race, and students had the opportunity to ask thoughtful questions and learn about the holiday’s traditions and meaning.

Each student was gifted a lucky coin, which symbolizes good luck and prosperity for the new year. Thank you so much, Ms. Trang, for sharing your time, culture, and knowledge with us. We truly enjoyed having you!

Yellow bus service may be delayed on Monday, February 2, 2026 due to snow and icy road conditions, particularly on smaller side streets.

The safety of our students and drivers is our top priority. Routes will be adjusted as needed based on road conditions, and families will be individually notified in the case of any changes.

MTA bus transportation may experience delays as well. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this prolonged period of inclement weather.
