Good Morning Parents and Guardians,
MAPs would like to formally invite you to our 1st Student Family and Community Council Meeting of this year that will be occurring next Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 4:15pm to 5:15pm. What is a Student Family and Community Council? What is its purpose? The Student Family and Community Council is a collective formed to bring together the school’s core stakeholders in a way that uses the full resources of the community and allows shared decision making and advocacy in support of all City Schools families. SFC Councils work to disrupt and dismantle systems that keep decision making centralized for some but not all. Come and let your voice be heard in decisions that will affect your child and the entire MAPS community. Together we rise!
