Reminder students must bring their valid school ID daily to school. A valid school ID is necessary for all students using MTA transportation.
Due to forecasted inclement weather conditions, Middle Alternative Programs will be virtual tomorrow, Monday, February 23, 2026.

Reminder that tomorrow, Friday, February 6th, is a staff professional development day. School will be closed for students.
The safety of our students and drivers is our top priority. Routes will be adjusted as needed based on road conditions, and families will be individually notified in the case of any changes.
MTA bus transportation may experience delays as well. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this prolonged period of inclement weather.
As a reminder, City Schools has shifted to virtual learning today, January 30, 2026. While school buildings are closed, learning is still happening! Families can take advantage of a variety of community resources, including recreation centers open with laptop access and free meals to help students stay engaged and on track. The following schools will be open for meal pick up tomorrow, Friday, January 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 pm: Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, Ben Franklin High School at Masonville Cove, City Neighbors High School, Booker T. Washington Middle School.
From Baltimore City Recreation and Parks:
Today (January 29) and tomorrow (January 30), all Baltimore City Recreation Centers will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Select sites will offer free meals beginning at 3 p.m., while supplies last. Recreation centers providing meals also offer FreeBmoreWifi and limited Chromebook access to support virtual learning. Families are encouraged to bring their own headphones.
