Envelope, please...City Schools wins two Emmy Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences – National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter. During the 68th Capital Emmy Awards, City Schools was recognized for its outstanding storytelling in the following categories:
DIVERSITY/EQUITY/INCLUSION - LONG FORM CONTENT: Baer Is a Place Where Hope Lives
EDUCATION/SCHOOLS - LONG FORM CONTENT: Mervo Print Shop – CTE Pathways
City Schools also received an Emmy nomination for City Forever, a mini-documentary produced in partnership with our Student Media Team.
These honors highlight the exceptional work of the City Schools' Video Production and Student Media teams in bringing to life the stories of our students, educators, schools, and communities.
