City Schools hosted its 4th Annual Student Film Festival, Reel Stories, at the Parkway Theater.
First place: "Mute Swan" by Zariah Gilmore, Baltimore Design School
Tied for second place: "Jump Off: Still Learning to Let Go" by Auriona Wilson, Baltimore Design School
Tied for second place: "Through Our Eyes: The Baltimore Experience" by Miaysha Gray, Paul Laurence Dunbar High School
Third place: "Sunflower" by Justin Patterson, Paul Laurence Dunbar High School
Honorable Mention selections, featured as encore screenings, include: "Where Did You Go?" by Jordyn Duarte Lopez from Baltimore City College, and "Love Theory" by Adriona Rice from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School.
These selected films will be screened as part of Beyond the Reel, a new program track at the 2026 Artscape. The screenings will take place on Saturday, May 23, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
