Families of students with 504 Plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are invited to attend the City Schools Transition Expo. The event is designed to help families plan for life after high school by connecting them with trusted colleges, vocational programs, service providers, and employers.
Attendees will also gain practical information about transition services, workplace readiness, and community resources that support students with diverse abilities.
