We’re proud to celebrate Tina Hike-Hubbard, Chief Communications, Engagement, and Enrollment Officer, for being honored by the Y of Central Maryland with the Geraldine Young Y Service to Youth Award, recognizing her extraordinary commitment to youth development.
The Y noted that for more than two decades, Chief Hike-Hubbard has been a steadfast partner and a tireless advocate for Baltimore’s young people and families. A powerful voice for youth and families, she leads with heart and purpose—overseeing out-of-school time, community schools, and family engagement efforts that strengthen partnerships and uplift communities across Baltimore.
