- Empowerment Academy held an Arts for Learning Maryland assembly with WombWork Productions, "Standing on the Shoulders of our Ancestors." The performance highlighted the many contributions of people of African descent.
- Dallas F. Nicholas hosted a "Men of Dallas," organized by the Family Community Engagement Liaison and team, featuring special guest Mr. Kenji Jackson. The session focused on the "5 Love Languages," providing insights on handling each child individually and strengthening bonds with them.
