P-TECH is a four- to six-year program during which students earn a high school diploma, no-cost associate's degree, and first-in-line status for job placement. At New Era, P-TECH focuses on transportation and logistics and has a partnership with the Baltimore Port Alliance. Students work with leading professionals, are paired with an industry mentor, participate in paid summer internships, acquire industry certifications, and earn tuition-free associate's degrees in supply chain management.
