When students cannot attend school because of medical, physical, or emotional conditions, City Schools' Home and Hospital program can arrange for instruction to be delivered at home or in hospital settings, or through telecommunications and home visits. Home and Hospital services are provided through a medical application completed by your physician. The required certification by the doctor must be renewed every 60 calendar days.
