Bring $ 2 and dress in your class color on Monday for the Turkey Trot! Throughout the day, classes will complete laps around our school! By the end of the day, WPC will have walked a 5K!!! The class that raises the most money gets a pizza party and the teacher gets a free 45 minute period!

Good evening Wildcat family,
As you may already be aware, an incident took place near our school today after dismissal. Due to this activity, the school put special security measures in place to ensure student safety. We are in collaboration with school police and have initiated an investigation into the individuals involved.
Please be assured that Walter P. Carter Elementary/ Middle School is committed to the safety and security of every student, and we will take extra precautions moving forward. The school followed all safety procedures, and school police carefully monitored the situation. Please continue to make sure that you are picking up your children from school on time.
