The Information Technology Office provides strategic planning, application development, technology implementation services, and integration of technology tools in support of instructional objectives and business needs, and provides technology infrastructure and data systems to support student learning, business continuity, budgeting, procurement, contract management, safety and security, business continuity, and E-Rate management.

IT Support

All requests for IT support are routed through IT's Service Desk. A customer service representative will work on resolving the issue. If the representative needs help from another department, they will escalate the request to Tier 2 and work with the department to resolve the issue. 

For tech support as a staff member:

  • Call the Service Support Desk at (443) 642-3000 or
  • Submit a ticket through HEAT by selecting "Service Catalog" from the top menu.

  • Call the Student and Parent Hotline at (443) 984-2001.

Support desk hours of operation:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Due to the high number of requests, the last call will be taken at 4 p.m. but staff can still submit requests through HEAT at any time.
