Good afternoon MAW families,
The schedule for virtual learning has been sent to your email and posted in Class Dojo.
Due to recent inclement weather, City Schools has rescheduled several budget planning and engagement sessions. We are seeking input from school community stakeholders on priorities for the upcoming school year. This feedback plays a critical role in shaping budget development and guiding key decisions that support our schools, students, and families.

Good morning MAWES families,
This is a message to inform you that we will be transitioning into virtual learning as a result of the recent winter storm.
At this time, the majority of our students’ laptops and QR codes are currently at school. Therefore, today we will have learning packets available for families to pick up so students can complete work at home.
Families will also receive their child’s laptop, charger, and QR code to help prepare for virtual learning should it occur again. If your child already has an electronic device that they can use for virtual learning in the future, you may use that device.
The school building will be open today, Thursday, January 29th, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM for materials pickup.
Your child’s teacher will communicate with you through ClassDojo and Google Classroom regarding class assignments and when live virtual sessions will be available in the future.
Thank you, parents, for your continued support and partnership.

Hello Parents,
I want to personally thank all the families who have already participated in our SchoolStore program! We are on our way to reaching our goal, but we need everyone's help to make sure our teachers get the essential tools they need to help our students succeed.
If your family has not participated, there's still time!
This safe and easy program is 100% online so there is no face-to-face selling, collecting money, or delivering products. Your child will receive a prize just for participating, and more prizes will be awarded when goals are reached.
Please help now. It really will make a difference.
Go to https://www.schoolstore.net/sid.t?0000151373 to show our valued teachers your support.
Thanks
Mary Ann Winterling Elementary School
P.S. Family participation is the key to our success, and we are counting on you!
