Good Evening Grade 8 Families,

This message is for families of students who were invited to participate in tomorrow’s Closing Honors/Awards Ceremony. 🎓💙💛

The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. Please make sure participating students arrive at school no later than 7:45 AM so they have time to check in and prepare.

All tickets are electronic. Families do not need to bring a physical ticket. Upon arrival, provide staff with the 8th grade student’s name at check-in for entry. Each participating student has 4 electronic tickets on file for their guests.

Dear Families,

Tickets for the 5th Grade Closing Ceremony are now ready for pickup. Each student will receive three (3) tickets, which must be signed out in the main office.

💙💛 Dear Grade 8 Families, It is with disappointment that we share that our Grade 8 Sneaker Ball: Grammy Red Carpet Edition scheduled for Friday, June 12th has been canceled due to low ticket sales. This was a very difficult decision, as the Sneaker Ball has been a special Wildwood tradition and a highlight for our 8th grade students for many years. We were looking forward to seeing our students walk the red carpet, celebrate their accomplishments, and create another unforgettable middle school memory together. 🎓✨ We truly appreciate the families who showed excitement and support for this event. While we are saddened that we will not be able to host the Sneaker Ball this year, we remain incredibly proud of the Class of 2026 and look forward to celebrating their achievements during the upcoming closing ceremony. 🎓 Closing Ceremony Ticket Reminder: All closing ceremony tickets are electronic. Families will not receive or need a physical ticket for entry. Guests who have been approved to attend will simply provide the Grade 8 student’s name at the check-in table upon arrival to enter the ceremony. This will allow our team to verify guests quickly and help ensure a smooth entry process. Good Afternoon, Middle School Families,

As we begin wrapping up another amazing school year, we ask that **all middle school students return their laptops and chargers by Friday, June 12th **. ****

Collecting student devices at the end of the year helps our school complete an accurate summer inventory and allows our technology team to check each laptop, make needed updates, and identify any devices that may need repairs before students return. Students should return their devices and chargers to Ms. Porter in the main office.

Your support with returning devices on time helps us make sure our students have access to working technology and are ready for a successful start to the next school year.

We appreciate your partnership and all that you do to support our Wildwood students. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Riley, Dean of Students.
