Welcome Success Academy's New Principal!!
I have an extensive tenure with Baltimore City Public Schools, spanning over two decades. Since 2017, I served as an Assistant Principal, where I led the school’s instructional leadership team, developed performance goals, and implemented data-driven strategies that boosted the graduation rate from 85% to 92%. Through my leadership at my previous school, we improved MCAP proficiency rates in ELA and Math by 14% and 12%, respectively, in the 2024-25 school year.
As a School Counselor, I held roles as Student Support Team Chairperson and Grade Level Manager. I developed school-wide behavioral interventions, managed alternative learning options for at-risk students, and implemented guidelines for student conduct and discipline. I also coordinated school-wide testing, executed student surveys, and student needs assessments while collaborating with staff to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
I am thrilled to continue my leadership journey as the principal here at Success Academy West to engage in the work with all of our stakeholders to ensure every student here meets their outcomes

As for Baltimore City’s rich history, I love sharing insights about the city’s diverse neighborhoods, their cultural significance, and their evolution, drawing from my deep roots in the community as a Baltimore resident.
