Mr. William Akins -Teacher of the Month
Mr. Akins met all requirements for Teacher of the Month for January. He is consistently willing to step in whenever there is a need around the school. He remains friendly and helpful to families, staff, and students, even in high-pressure situations. Notably, he stepped in and took on an entirely different role in addition to his own. Despite these extra responsibilities, he still offered to help administrators with essential tasks to ensure student success.
Ms. Sharita Cunningham - Staff of the Month
Ms. Cunningham met all the minimum requirements for Staff of the Month in January. Additionally, she is always willing to step in when there is a need around the school. She is friendly and helpful to families, staff and students, even in high-pressure situations. Particularly, she stepped in and took on a whole other job in addition to her own role. Even still, she offered to help administrators with all of the tasks that needed to get done for the students.
