North Bend Community!!!! I hope you all are enjoying your summer so far. As we prepare for the new school year, I need to update your information.
Baltimore City Public Schools provide transportation for students who live more than 1 mile from their zoned school, live within the school's zone limits and are in grades PreK through 5. Middle school students and students living outside of the school's boundaries generally do not qualify for yellow bus transportation.
If North Bend is NOT your zone school, I am not able to request yellow bus transportation for your scholar.
Transportation does NOT roll over to the new school year. This means, even if you received yellow bus transportation last school year, you will still need to request transportation this year. If you are in need of transportation, please email me at JLNorvell@bcps.k12.md.us as soon as possible with the subject “Transportation Request.” Please include your address in the email with your child’s name.
If you are requesting an address change, you will need to provide 2 proofs of address in the parent/guardian’s name BEFORE the address can be changed.
