Who Should Apply?
Employees interested in pursuing one of these roles for the first time.
Current Math Coaches who have not previously completed the Career Ladder hiring and selection process and been admitted to the Math Coach candidate pool.
Educational Associates currently serving as their school’s Math or Literacy Coach or lead who wish to pursue a coach position.
Current Literacy Coaches are not required to reinterview. Only new candidates seeking a Literacy Coach position must participate in the selection process. Principals filling new or vacant IPL, AIL, and Math Coach positions must select qualified candidates from the approved district pool.
Apply now to keep these opportunities available to you. Employees should not assume there will be another application window before next school year. Completing the process now allows you to establish eligibility for consideration as positions become available.
