City Schools staff are invited to attend FREE CareFirst community events and workshops. The events are free and open to the public, with no CareFirst insurance required for participation.
This month, CareFirst is encouraging staff to prioritize their mental health and wellness. CareFirst is offering a Mental Health Community Resource Fair, non-profit auditing and debt reduction workshops, yoga, line-dancing, Pilates, boxing, and more.
