Blueprint Career Ladder positions for Teacher – Instructional Practice Lead (IPL) and Teacher – Academic Intervention Lead (AIL) positions are now open for a second round of applications.
These teacher leadership roles provide opportunities for experienced educators to expand their impact while remaining closely connected to classroom instruction and student outcomes.

How to Apply on ATS: Teachers who are interested and eligible to apply for the AIL role can do so through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). To apply, candidates must follow the district's application process, managed by the Office of Human Capital, and have an internal profile in our ATS.
