The UKG Ready Punch to Pay system has officially gone live for Group 1 (PSASA, CUB, FOP, and GSS) on February 21, when all time entry must be completed through UKG Ready for that group only.
Please note that employee punching will not be enabled in UKG until February 21 for Group 1 only.
Beginning February 21, Group 1 will have three ways to "punch" in and out:
1. Timeclocks: Use your City School’s ID badge or Employee Number to clock in and out at the physical timeclock stations in your building. If there are any issues with your ID badge, please submit a HEAT ticket to the IT Support Center.
2. Computer: Access the UKG Ready portal directly via your web browser on your desktop. Each City Schools computer should have a UKG Ready icon available. If you don’t have the UKG Ready icon on your desktop, submit a HEAT Ticket.
3. UKG Mobile App: Log your time on the go using the mobile application. Check with your school/department to be sure you will be using the mobile app. Download instructions can be found here – UKG Ready Mobile App Download.
Group 2 will go live on April 18. (BTU, PSRP, L44, Temporary Employees).
