W-2 forms for 2025 have been mailed to employees’ home addresses on file as of December 31, 2025. Employees can also access their forms online for tax years 2022 through 2025 at any time on the ADP website.
How to access your W-2 Information Online
If you previously registered to access your W-2 form online last year, use your existing user ID and password that was assigned to log in to the ADP website at https://my.adp.com.
If this is the first year that you are accessing your W-2 form online:
Visit the ADP account registration website.
Click on "I Have A Registration Code."
Enter the Registration Pass Code: BCPS-BCPS-1111.
You will then be prompted to create an account, providing the following details:
Your name
Your employee ID #
The Company Code, which is 71V
Your Zip Code
Your full Social Security Number
Complete the account creation process, you'll need to provide a mobile phone number for verification and create a password. A system-generated User ID will be assigned to you.
After completing the registration, consider bookmarking the new url: https://my.adp.com.
