If you are not currently enrolled in the Pay All Year program and would like to enroll, please do so during the enrollment period, open now through November 7, 2025. Your enrollment will be effective for the 2026-2027 school year.
If you are enrolled in the Pay All Year program and want to remain in the program, you have nothing to do. Your current enrollment election will automatically roll forward to the next school year and all subsequent years.
This program allows eligible employees to spread their pay across the entire year instead of the school year. All 10-month, full-time, salaried employees and current Pay All Year employees are eligible to participate.
Once enrolled, you will not be able to opt out or disenroll until the 2027-2028 enrollment period.
