Major system changes are coming soon with the AMP Oracle launch on Saturday, December 13, 2025, and staff will need to take action now to preserve their personal employment records.
Documents can be accessed through the City Schools website. EBS will remain open for viewing and downloading documents until Saturday, January 31, 2026.
Please ensure you download any records you wish to keep, such as:
Job/Work Information – Employee Self Service
Employee PTO – Leave Balances & Usage – Employee Payroll Self Service
Paystubs – Employee Payroll Self Service
You may also download copies of any employee evaluations that were completed in OPMS:
Annual Reports: For copies of teacher or school leader annual evaluation reports, use: Employee Access to their own annual reports

As a reminder, SY 2024-25 employee evaluations for staff were completed and are accessible in CHARM.
