If you are currently enrolled in โ€œPay All Yearโ€ and want to remain in the โ€œPay All Yearโ€ program, you will not have to re-enroll.  Your current enrollment election will be automatically rolled forward to the next school year and all subsequent years.

The annual enrollment for the โ€œPay All Yearโ€ program will run from October 20, 2025, through October 31, 2025.  This program enables eligible employees to spread their pay across the entire year, rather than just the school year.  All 10-month, full-time, salaried employees and current โ€œPay All Yearโ€ employees are eligible to participate.  

You only need to log in if you want to make a change to your current election or view your past election results. To access the โ€œ12 Month Pay Enrollmentโ€ page, log in to Employee Self Service from the ERP Portal Page link โ€œHC (EBS-ESS)โ€, then click the โ€œ12 Month Pay Enrollmentโ€ link at the top of the main menu. If you make a change, save a screen print of your 2026-2027 election for backup. Your 2026-2027 enrollment will be effective in the first payroll run of the new school year. 

Once enrolled, you will remain enrolled unless you choose to opt out during the 2027-2028 enrollment period.  You can only enroll and disenroll once a year during an open enrollment period.
