City Schools is working to improve supplemental retirement options for all staff.
Supplemental retirement plans provide additional tax-advantaged ways to save for retirement, beyond the pension system associated with your position. A cross-functional team, including union representatives, is currently reviewing several proposals submitted in response to a recent Request for Proposal (RFP).
