To support consistent, accessible, and professional communication across all departments and schools, City Schools has launched updated branding resources and a new quick-reference style guide. All of these are now available on the City Schools templates page.

A new, more accessible City Schools Blue

As part of our continued commitment to accessibility and equity in communication, City Schools has updated its primary brand color—City Schools Blue—to a shade that meets WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards for contrast and visibility.

The new blue improves legibility across digital and printed materials, especially for those with visual impairments or color vision deficiencies. It ensures that text, graphics, and links are easier to read against light or white backgrounds—supporting clearer, more inclusive communication for all students, families, and staff.

This also means a new City Schools logo in Blue.

You can continue using the black and gold version on existing collateral; however, please use the blue version in the future for all new materials, including letterheads, presentations, and printed items. Please do not reprint or distribute items where you can modify the logo. If you need assistance with any design updates, please notify Communications.
