As part of the Administrative Modernization Project (AMP), our Employee Self-Service (ESS) for benefits is transitioning from the current EBS system to the new Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system this December.
 
Oracle HCM will also handle Payroll and Core HR, streamlining many processes across City Schools.
 
You'll also see improved integration with other platforms, like UKG Ready and our updated PSTAR system (PSTAR is primarily used by Principals & District Office for creating and approving stipends, summer hours, regular positions, etc.). 
 
PSTAR & UKG Ready will securely transfer data directly to Oracle's payroll system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This creates a full circle of technology that will better serve all District employees and, in turn, enhance student success!
