This is a special invitation for you to attend our Transition Resource Fair on Monday, March 23rd from 11 AM to 3 PM.
This is an important opportunity for families to learn about the many programs and services that can support your child’s future after graduation. We will have over 25 local and state vendors and organizations in attendance, ready to share information and connect families with resources that support adult services, vocational and job programs, transition planning, benefits guidance, and other valuable family supports.
Planning for adulthood starts early, and attending this event will help ensure your child has the support and opportunities they deserve. We strongly encourage all Claremont families to attend, as the information shared can make a meaningful difference in your child’s future.
Pizza and light snacks will be available for families who attend, and we encourage you to register using the link shared in the family newsletter so we can plan for everyone.
We look forward to seeing you on Monday, March 23rd from 11 AM to 3 PM. Thank you for partnering with us to support your child’s success!
