What: The Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners (Board) will meet in public session on Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 3:45 - 4 p.m. This special meeting is being held for the Board to vote on the Personnel Employment and Payroll Report.

Public comment will not be taken at this meeting. Citizens may call into the meeting and observe the deliberative process. Members of the public joining the call must mute their phones upon joining. Anyone joining who fails to do so may be muted by the call moderator or removed from the call. The maximum capacity for the teleconference is 350 people.
Public comment will resume at the Board’s next regularly scheduled business meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 5 p.m.
The Board may convene in a closed session, in accordance with the Maryland Annotated Code, General Provisions Article, §3-101. Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Open Meetings Act authorizing the closed meeting.
