Welcome, families and students! City Schools has several programs to support students in recovering credits towards high school graduation.

Saturday Credit Recovery Program

  • The Saturday Credit Recovery Program will run from November 4, 2023 ā€“ March 16, 2024 (no classes on 11/25, 12/23, 12/30, 1/13, & 2/17).
  • Students can choose from two program options:
    • Virtual Program, using the Edmentum Coursework Platform. Program meets 9am-11:30am.
    • In-Person Program at Frederick Douglass High School. The Program meets 8 am-1 pm. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
  • Students will be allowed to recover up to 2 credits.
    • Students attending their home schoolā€™s after-school credit recovery program can only take one additional Saturday Credit Recovery Program course.
    • Registration at Frederick Douglass on 10/14 (10 am-4 pm) and 10/28 (8 am-3 pm). Late registration is available on 11/4 if there are seats available.

After-School Credit Recovery Programs

  • Programs are held in Quarters 2, 3, and 4, starting 10/31 at many high schools.
  • Contact your school to find out more about the courses they are offering. Course offerings may change each quarter.
