The Office of Information Technology has introduced a new distribution process for student devices:
- Chromebooks will no longer be distributed or exchanged at the Central Office.
- Families needing devices should contact their school for assistance. They should not come to the Central Office.
- School staff can request devices for students with an expected delivery time of 2-4 business days. Please ensure that student data is complete to avoid delays.
- Devices are preassigned to specific students and should be issued accordingly.
This process is for traditional schools; charter schools manage their device distribution. For questions or concerns, contact the OIT Service Desk at 443-642-3000.
