School Performance Plan(SPP) Goals

What is a school performance plan or SPP? 
The School Performance Plan (SPP) is a blueprint designed to support principals and school leadership teams in improving overall school performance, with an emphasis on instruction and student achievement. It serves as a year-round anchor in conversations between the district office, schools, and communities.

School Performance Plan Goals

GOAL #1
At BOY, 62% of students performed well below on the DIBELS assessment. We will decrease the percentage of students identified as well below from 62% to 52% at EOY.

GOAL #2
At BOY 74% of students in grades K-8th Grade performed 2 or more grade level below (tier 3) on the i-ready assessment. We will decrease this to 64% at EOY.

GOAL #3
At EOY SY 20-21 the chronic absence attendance rate was 78.2% The percentage of students chronically absent at EOY SY 21-22 will not exceed 40.9%.

GOAL #4
At BOY 80% of students in grades 6-8 performed 2 or more grade levels below on the l-Ready assessment. We will decrease this to 60% at EOY.

GOAL #5
The EOY 20-21 course performance was 50.5% for grades 3-8. At EOY 21-22 course failures will not exceed 30.5%.
