Free Immunization Clinics
As we are preparing to welcome students back into our buildings, we are urging all families to please make sure that your student's immunizations are up to date and that your school has a copy of the immunization records. If your child needs immunizations, please contact your personal physician or health care provider.
City Schools is having FREE Immunization clinics starting Monday, August 28 through September 29 at our district office (200 E. North Avenue). No insurance or appointment is required. Registration will be in the first-floor board room.
Clinics will be held every Monday-Friday 10 a.m through 3 p.m.
