The Navigator Center connects recent Baltimore City Schools graduates with meaningful college and career pathways that link the young adults of Baltimore with empowering routes to family-supporting wages.

Any City Schools graduate under the age of 24 is encouraged to make a one-on-one appointment to discuss their career and college goals with a professional postsecondary coach by visiting our Navigator Center website and scheduling an appointment today.

Grads2Careers

Grads2Careers (LINK) helps Baltimore City Schools graduates connect with free job training and find employment in careers of interest. Grads2Careers offers several different career tracks in various industries. Training programs last from a few weeks to a few months. Some of the trainings offer compensation while you learn. 

The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED)

The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) coordinates and directs workforce development initiatives responsive to the needs of Baltimore City employers and job seekers in order to enhance and promote the local economy.
