Discounted internet service through the Affordable Connectivity Program

Did you know that all City Schools families are automatically qualified for a $30 monthly discount for home or mobile internet services, through the Federal Communications Commission’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)? Internet connectivity is critical in ensuring that families and students can access all resources from City Schools online.

To apply for the ACP discount, visit or call 1-877-384-2575 to request an application. As a bonus, the ACP even offers a one-time discount of $100 for a laptop, desktop, or tablet purchased through a participating provider (i.e. Comcast, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) with a $10 - $50 co-pay. For more information and to sign up, visit and be sure to indicate that your child is eligible for free and reduced lunch through the National School Lunch Program.

This benefit is between you and the Government, and is not sponsored or affiliated with City Schools. To learn more about the program and to view a full list of service providers in Baltimore City, visit
