• Reorganized call center and district office call-in numbers

    As part of our emphasis on providing outstanding service, the district office call center has been reorganized. As of Friday, July 21, the online district office directory will provide phone numbers for each district office, rather than a single central phone number. This change will enable callers to connect quickly and directly with staff members who can answer their questions or resolve their concerns.

    In addition, the system used to log and track calls (“HEAT”) has been upgraded with new features, including an online “knowledge base” of answers to commonly asked questions. Staff members can browse the available tools at the IT Service Portal (click the menu icon at the top left of the screen).
