MSDE 2017 high school graduates surveyHigh school principals and assistant principals / Deadlines: May 1, May 31, and June 9
Graduating seniors must complete the state-mandated 2017 high school graduates survey by Wednesday, May 31. Every year, MSDE surveys all graduating seniors to learn about their postsecondary plans. The survey informs our support of future students’ college and career aspirations, and provides data to meet federal and state reporting requirements (including the Maryland School Performance Report).
This year, seniors can complete the survey on paper or online via Naviance. All high schools must indicate their preference of paper or online as their primary survey method by Monday, May 1, by responding to the message sent to counselors from School Counseling Specialist Jonathan Turner.
Paper copies of the survey will be delivered to schools the week of April 17. Completed paper surveys must be delivered via interoffice mail to Judith Kom Nguffo, Achievement and Accountability Office, Room 203, at 200 E. North Avenue no later than Friday, June 9.For questions regarding using Naviance to respond to surveys online, contact Danny Heller at firstname.lastname@example.org in the Academics Office. For questions regarding paper surveys, contact Judith Kom Nguffo at email@example.com in the Achievement and Accountability Office.Click here for other items in the April 20, 2017 Leadership Action Update.
