2013–14 Budget-Making Process

City Schools anticipates that the Board of School Commissioners will vote on the proposed budget for the 2013-14 fiscal year (FY14) on Monday, May 20, 2013 (note new date). Board budget work sessions occurred on April 30 (read notes from that session) and May 14, 2013.

Board budget dialogues

The budget-making process for the 2013–14 school year began in January 2013, when the Board of School Commissioners hosted budget dialogues to gain information from the community in advance of budget development.
