All applicants will start in Phase I by submitting an online application, but some distinguished principals may enter the process at a later point bypassing the district’s Assessment Center for all principal positions. Distinguished principals represent less than five percent of the current City Schools population and have a known proven track record yielding strong, positive AYP results for the last 2-3 years.
