    The Community Resource Center offers a wide range of free support services and programs based on the needs of the community and the school. Services are available to families/students of the William Pinderhughes community.

     

    Referral Services

    Referrals to a variety of services including: Child Care ● Clothing Banks ●Drug and/or Alcohol Treatment● Educational Programs ● Food Assistance ● Health and Mental Health Services● Legal Assistance ●

     

    Cultural Enrichment Programs and Activities

    The center hosts a diverse range of workshops for students, parents and/or families. In addition, the center also offers field trips throughout the year.

     

     

    Directions & Transportation

    The Community Resource Center is located at 701 Gold St. Baltimore, MD, inside William Pinderhughes Elementary-Middle School Library. Street parking is available.

    On Site Community Training and Services

    Classes and workshop series based on professional advancement and academic achievement are scheduled throughout the year.

    Support for Parents/Caregivers

    Parents and caregivers can participate in peer support groups.  Events and sessions focused on child development and parent involvement are offered throughout the year. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to visit our Parent Resource Library.

    Student Support

    Students have the opportunity to access additional activities and programs geared towards educational and personal development. Students and parents are also welcome to visit the center for free uniforms and school supplies.
