The fourth grade students at Fallstaff Elementary Middle School participated in the Close Encounters program through the Baltimore Museum of Art.  Close Encounters is a sequential learning program designed to enhance students' visual literacy through direct, personal, and extended contact with works of art.  The program provided students with a multiple-session experience including four Museum visits complimented by BMA educators visiting the classroom.
