Vision

The vision of Charles Carroll, Barrister Elementary is to empower students with the necessary tools to develop skills, knowledge, values, and positive self-esteem by:

• Increasing achievement
• Improving attendance for staff and students
• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning climate
• Involving all stakeholders parents, community, and partners
• Promoting the philosophy of shared responsibilities between students, parents and school for meeting the challenges to help students become productive citizens

Mission

Charles Carroll, Barrister Elementary School supports the mission of the Baltimore City Public Schools, which is the maintenance of an instructional environment that will maximize the development of every student's physical, social, emotional and intellectual potential. This will be accomplished by providing varied educational, technical and artistic experiences and opportunities. Partership will be maintained involving the student's families, businesses, community and service organizations to assist in increasing achievement, establishing positive goals and promoting self-discipline in our students.
