Welcome to the College and Career Readiness Program. Our program seeks to prepare high school students to enter and complete college and career training. CCP is a comprehensive after-school program that focuses on academic achievement and professional development. These objectives are implemented through a program structure that fosters community, independent and group learning, critical-thinking and leadership development.
CCP is a resource of New Song Community Learning Center. Our program serves students who've graduated from New Song Academy and are currently enrolled in a local high school. The Prep Center is open daily for students to receive tutorial services, and weekly instruction in personal development, academic achievement and college and career planning.
The New Song College & Career Program began in the fall of 2009. CCP provides support services for academic and professional development, and issues “last dollar” need-based scholarships to New Song Academy graduates who complete CCP and enroll in college or career training after high school.
