PTO Event Scheduling 2010-2011 Academic Year

PTO General Meetings:  

• 8/27/10 from 3-5pm
  

• 9/16/10 from 7-9 pm in conjunction with Back-to-School Night.  

• 11/16/10 from 7-9 pm in conjunction with American Education Week.  

• 1/28/11 in conjunction with the Spaghetti Dinner and Talent Show

• 3/22/11 from 7-9 pm to be led by the Budget Advisory Team for the first of two open discussions on school budget priorities

PTO Executive Board Meetings:

• 9/13/10 from 6:30-8 pm to discuss the PTO budget for the year and the Back-to-School night agenda for the PTO meeting portion of the evening

• 11/8/10 from 6-8 pm

• 1/12/11 from 6-8 pm

• 3/2/11 from 6-8 pm

• 4/28/11 from 6-8 pm

School Clean Up Day: 8/21/10 from 9-noon.  

Sneak A Peek at Your Seat:  8/27/10 from 4:30-6:30.  

PreK/K Potluck Get-Together:  10/13/10 from 6 to 7:30 pm

Movie Night:  10/22/10 from 6-8:30 pm.  

Spaghetti Dinner/Talent Show/PTO General Meeting:  1/28/11 5:30 pm

Phonathon:  A mailing will go out to previous donors in the fall, with callings nights scheduled for 3/23/11 and 3/24/11.

Snow Ball:  2/19/11.  

Auction Fundraiser:  5/7/11 from 6-10 pm.  

End of the Year Festival: 5/27/11 from 11 am-2 pm.
