    Greetings Parents and Guardians of the Class of 2019,

     

    Welcome Back to School! We are so excited and privileged to be working with your Awesome and Amazing Students again! The Class of 2019 has several events planned for their Junior Year including: Ring Dance, Ring Ceramony, Junior Prom and the end of year Class Trip. The class dues are $300.00 for the year. Class dues can be paid in full or in the revised payment option listed below.  Please note students will receive a receipt for all monies provided for class dues.

     

    During our upcoming class meeting we will be providing students the cost for activities and trips that have been planned for this year already and others that we have researched the cost of from last year and from classes that have previously planned similar trips.  I have provided you with estimated costs of activities that have been approved, please see below.

     

    • Class T-Shirt - October 13, 2017
      • 172 Students x $25 per T-Shirt = $4,123 (Total)
    • Ring Dance and Ring Ceremony- November 17, 2017
      • Cost for Dance and Ring Ceremony - $1,500
      • Orders for the Rings will be taken on October 27 for Orders
    • Junior Prom - May  18, 2018
      • Pier 5 includes Venue and Catering - $13,000
      • Security, Tickets, DJ, Decorations, Photobooth
    • End of Year Class TBD
      • Tickets: TBD
      • Buses: $4,000 for 12 hours x 2 Coach Buses = $8,000 $50 per student

     

     

    Class dues help fund ALL the activities listed above. All students that pay their class dues will be able to participate in the events listed above as long as they continue to maintain ongoing positive behavior that is in ordinance with the school's code of conduct.  Refunds will not be given to students.

     

    After careful consideration the 2K19 Advisor team has decided there is a need to set some hard deadlines regarding collection of dues this as many activities need to be paid for in advance. Dues cover all activities and students cannot select which activities they would like to attend. In order for students to participate in Junior Prom they must pay At Least $100 dollars by no later than October 27th
